The Art of Speedreading People, Barbara Barron-Tieger and Paul D. Tieger.

Part of a series by the authors that explores the implications of temperament in our daily lives. Using the Myers-Briggs Temperament Indicator ™, these books also give concrete ways we can use the knowledge of temperament to better communicate with, and relate to, others of differing types.

Although the theory behind their typing system and Keirsey's similar one (see below) differs from that of archetypal psychology (which uses the gods and goddesses as archetypes related to personality types), both systems involve using personality typing and temperament to evaluate and explain individual differences.
