Summary of the 'Important'
Stuff: Submissions become the property of the Contest Sponsor (The Goddess
Path) and Sponsor may edit, publish and distribute this submission
(electronically, in print, or by other means, in its entirety or parts) at their
discretion.
You, the author of your
entry, will retain the copyright to the submission and be identified
in any publications. By agreeing to the terms of service and
submitting your entry, you are certifying that you are the author
and hold the rights to publish the work.
Entry constitutes
permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's
name/home state/province/country, and any text submitted for
purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of the Contest
Sponsor.

Official Rules in 'Legal Speak'.
No Purchase Necessary. Residents of the continental U.S. and
Canada only, age 18 or older. Void in Quebec. All others age 18
or older may be eligible for downloadable gifts. Substitution
for any prize may be necessary due to unavailability, in which
case a comparable prize of equal or greater value will be
awarded.
To enter, follow the
instructions on the web pages, or hand print your name, address
and e-mail address, if you have one, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper
and send to: The Goddess Path, Attn: Book Contest, 2 S.
Foxxborough Lane, Johnson City TN, 37604. Mechanical
reproductions or use of automated devices not valid for entry.
Electronic entries must be received by deadline noted on
specific contest page. Mail in entries must be received 7 days
after electronic entries. One entry per household.
In the case of multiple identical
entries, only the first entry will be accepted. In the event of
a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be
deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account showing on
the first entry received. Sponsor not responsible for technical
failures in entry transmission, or lost, late, misdirected,
damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage due mail. Sponsor not
responsible for any damage to participant's computer occasioned
by participation in the promotion or downloading any information
necessary to participate in the promotion.
The Goddess Path reserves the
right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted.
Winner[s] will be randomly selected from all entries received by
The Goddess Path, whose judging decisions are final. Winner[s]
will be notified by mail, e-mail or telephone within 30 days of
the drawing. In order to win a prize, residents of Canada are
required to answer a skill-testing question administered by
email. Any prize or prize notification returned to the sponsor
as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an
alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on number of
entries received. Except as required by law, The Goddess Path
will not share entrant information with any third parties. The
Goddess Path may contact entrants in the future with offers we
feel may be of interest. Employees of The Goddess Path and
affiliated companies and members of those employees' immediate
families are not eligible. Drawing governed by laws of United
States. Any claims relating to this sweepstakes must be resolved
in the United States. For a list of prize winners, send a self
addressed envelope to The Goddess Path, Attn: Book contest, 2 S.
Foxxborough Lane, Johnson City TN, 37604 between the end date of
the contest and one month later. Winner[s] is responsible for
all applicable taxes.
